Video: NFL Draft Facts - New York GiantsThe New York Giants have won two Super Bowls in the past 10 seasons. See some fun facts about the Giants' draft dealings, and below that, check out a comprehensive table of every Giants draft pick since 2006 and those players' high school alma maters.
* The Giants have not selected higher than No. 9 in the NFL Draft since 2006, taking Ereck Flowers in that spot in 2015.
* Of the 10 first round picks the Giants have made since 2006, three have come from Florida: Flowers, who attended
Norland (Miami), Jason-Pierre Paul from
Deerfield Beach (Fla.) and Kenny Phillips from
Carol City (Miami).
* The Giants have drafted one player from New York in the past 10 years, taking Jay Bromley from Flushing in 2014.
* The Giants have selected nine players from Florida in the past 10 drafts, the most of any state.
* The Giants have chosen two players from Carol City High School - Phillips and Sinorice Moss.
* Syracuse, USC, Miami and East Carolina have each had three players chosen by the Giants over the past 10 seasons.
* New York's highest draft pick since 1990 never played for the Giants. Phillip Rivers was chosen No. 4 overall in 2004, but was traded to the Chargers for No. 1 overall pick Eli Manning.
* Ahmad Bradshaw from
Graham (Bluefield, Va.), the leading rusher in both of the Giants' Super Bowl wins in 2008 and 2012, was drafted in the seventh round, No. 250 overall.
* High school all-American and five-time Pro Bowl linebacker Jessie Armstead of
Carter (Dallas) was drafted in the eighth round of the 1993 draft, due mainly to a knee injury he sustained in college.
* 2008 Super Bowl hero David Tyree was a sixth round draft pick in 2003. He played at
Montclair (N.J.), the winningest all-time program in state history.
