The University School Preppers will head out on the road to face off against the St. Edward Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in University School's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matches.
Last Friday, University School got the win against Benedictine by a conclusive 77-51. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-16.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for St. Edward, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 52-37 loss to Lutheran East on Wednesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points St. Edward has scored all season.
University School's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for St. Edward, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-7.
University School was dealt a bruising 91-60 loss at the hands of St. Edward in their previous meeting back in February of 2022. Can University School avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
