In what's become a running theme this season, the Seaforth Hawks gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past Graham 63-15 on the road. The victory was nothing new for Seaforth as they're now sitting on six straight.
Seaforth was led to victory by Gabby White and Peyton Collins. White scored 15 points along with six rebounds and six steals, while Collins scored 14 points along with six assists and five steals. White is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played. Sydney Ballard was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Seaforth pushed their record up to 13-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points per game. As for Graham, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seaforth will take on Southeast Alamance at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southeast Alamance will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 96th, while Seaforth is ranked 17th). Graham won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Jordan-Matthews at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th.
