Whiteville's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Pender, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.
Whiteville will challenge East Columbus at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Whiteville is coming into the game with three straight victories on the road, meaning East Columbus will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory.
