Mount de Sales Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Shelby Lewis led the charge by scoring 19 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Clara Gaigler, who scored 11 points along with three steals and two blocks.
Mount de Sales Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Concordia Prep, they have fallen quite a ways from their 19-7 record last season and are now at 4-9.
