Ironwood's game  last Wednesday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Monday. They walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Lake Havasu Knights. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-0  on October 1st.
 In the three sets Ironwood was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-6, 24-26,  25-14.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ironwood to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Malie Soza, who  had 17  digs and five  aces. That's the most  aces  Soza has posted since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Madalyn Hutchison, who  had 12 assists and seven  digs.
 They weren't the only good servers: Ironwood  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 16  aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lake Havasu only  served seven.
Ironwood has  been performing  well recently as they've  won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record  this season. As for Lake Havasu, they dropped their record down to 13-17 with the  loss, which was their fifth straight  at home.
 Ironwood wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  3-0  victory against Willow Canyon on the 29th. As for Lake Havasu, they have also already played their next match,  a  3-0  defeat against Sunrise Mountain on the 29th.
