For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last seven times Rudyard and Pickford have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Saturday. The Bulldogs walked away with a 2-0 win over the Panthers. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Rudyard's win bumped their record up to 6-4-3. As for Pickford, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Rudyard has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Newberry on the 13th. As for Pickford, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Mackinaw City on the 13th.
