The New Plymouth Pilgrims can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They blew past Compass Charter, posting a 74-36 win on the road. With New Plymouth ahead 44-19 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Despite the defeat, Compass Charter had strong showings from Mason Bennett, who scored 14 points, and Jayden Horn, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds.
New Plymouth's win bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Compass Charter, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.
New Plymouth will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Archers at 7:30 p.m. The Ambrose School has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 206 points over their last three contests. As for Compass Charter, they will head out on the road to square off against the Huskies at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. North Star has now lost 12 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 5.
