South Central has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will square off against the Victoria Knights at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 South Central had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They beat Minneola on Friday by the very same score they won with last week:  58-12. The  game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached  32-6.
 It was another big night for  JT Prusa, who rushed for 286 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. Prusa hasn't dropped below two rushing touchdowns for five straight games.  Coda Lindsay was another key contributor, rushing for 82 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries.
 Meanwhile, Victoria waltzed into  Friday's  contest with eight straight wins  but they left with nine. They claimed a resounding  66-20 win over Dighton on the road. That's two games straight that Victoria has won by exactly 46  points.
 South Central's victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 8-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.7 points per game. As for Victoria, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.
