Savannah waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took down Nodaway Valley co-op [West Nodaway/Nodaway-Holt] 46-30. For the Savages, this counts as revenge for the 49-39 victory Nodaway Valley co-op [West Nodaway/Nodaway-Holt] walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Savannah's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Nodaway Valley co-op [West Nodaway/Nodaway-Holt], they moved to 7-1 with that defeat, which also ended their 15-game winning streak.
