The Bethel Jaguars's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Seattle Prep Panthers at 10:35 a.m. on December 27th. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
Bethel's 22-7 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They fell just short of Skyline by a score of 62-59.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was H. Howard, who scored 20 points. M. Longmire was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Seattle Prep scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They breezed by Bothell/Inglemoor on the road to the tune of 85-43. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Seattle Prep has managed all season.
Bethel's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Seattle Prep, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-3.
Bethel came up short against Seattle Prep in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, falling 59-47. Can Bethel avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
