Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chief Leschi). They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 63-18 blowout they got against the North Beach Hyaks. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 20 points or more this season.

Chief Leschi now has a winning record of 5-4. As for North Beach, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chief Leschi will challenge Neah Bay at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North Beach, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Taholah at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
