The Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes will head out to square off against the Granby Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Amherst-Pelham Regional has given up an average of 9.4 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Oliver Howard made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Brady Klaes also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
Hampshire Regional hit Granby with a four-run second inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Rams fell 10-7 to the Raiders.
Brodie Funk was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He pitched six innings while giving up just two earned (and six unearned) runs off six hits. Funk was even better at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
In other batting news, Anthony Santiago was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandon Carillon, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.
Amherst-Pelham Regional's record now sits at 1-4. As for Granby, their record is now 2-4.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Amherst-Pelham Regional has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 5.6 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Granby struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.2 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
