The Barstow Knights can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Summit Christian Academy 64-37 at home. The victory was nothing new for Barstow as they're now sitting on three straight.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mike Thomas iii, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds. Bajj Walker was another key contributor, scoring four points.
Barstow is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Summit Christian Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-6.
Barstow will stay at home for another game and welcome Van Horn at 8:00 p.m. on February 13th. Hopefully Barstow is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Missouri (they are ranked 90th, while Van Horn is ranked 305th). As for Summit Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 78-40 win vs. Lone Jack on the 9th.
