The Socastee Braves were the 42-27 winner over the Myrtle Beach Seahawks when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Socastee fell to Myrtle Beach 29-24. Socastee can't seem to catch a break and have yet to win any of their three games.
Anna Reese Pratt and Princess Collins certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Pratt scored 6 points along with 8 rebounds, while Collins scored 4 points along with 4 steals.
Socastee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Myrtle Beach, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Socastee's road trip will continue as they head out to face North Myrtle Beach at 6:00 p.m. on December 5th. As for Myrtle Beach, they will square off against Conway at 4:45 a.m. on Saturday.
