The Ross Little Giants stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They breezed by Napoleon at home to the tune of 62-35. Winning may never get old, but Ross sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Makayla Kruse, who scored 14 points. Lylah Huddle was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Ross' win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. As for Napoleon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ross will challenge Whitmer at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Napoleon, they will head out on the road to challenge Perrysburg at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Perrysburg presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Napoleon in Ohio (Perrysburg is ranked 135th, while Napoleon is ranked 332nd).
