The North Dallas Bulldogs will challenge the Pinkston Vikings at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Last Thursday, North Dallas made easy work of Carter  and carried off  a  15-4 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Bulldogs.

 Kenyerberht Jos? Olivier Rivas was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out ten batters over  5.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off   one  hit. The dominant performance gave  him a new career-high in  strikeouts. He was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing  Four bases. while going 1-for-4. He has become a key player for North Dallas: the team is 3-1 when he posts  at  least  two  stolen bases, but 2-6 otherwise.
 In other batting news,  Lyric Strambler was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-4.
 North Dallas  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .605. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile,  everything went Pinkston's way against Conrad on Thursday as Pinkston made off with  a  15-1 win. The  victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Chargers: they've now won five in a row.
Like North Dallas, Pinkston also got a great game from a two-way player:  Jahvon Moreno. On the mound, he  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. The dominant performance also gave  Moreno a new career-low in  earned runs (zero). He was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing  Two bases. while  getting on base  in two of his three plate appearances. He is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last four games he's  played.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Eric Pasillas, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2. He has been hot, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last five times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Daniel Rojas, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-2.
 North Dallas' win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Pinkston, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7.
 North Dallas couldn't quite finish off Pinkston in their previous matchup  back in April of 2024 and fell  2-0. Can North Dallas avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
