C.E. Murray will challenge Bethune-Bowman on the road at 6:30 PM on Friday. The teams both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous games.
Last Friday, C.E. Murray had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 22-12 victory over Branchville. Junior Antonio Mcknight, who passed for 151 yards and 2 touchdowns, was a major factor in C.E. Murray's success. That makes it three straight good games in a row from Mcknight.
Meanwhile, Bethune-Bowman put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They were fully in charge, breezing past Cross 42-0. The rankings were on Bethune-Bowman's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result.
Everything came up roses for C.E. Murray against Bethune-Bowman the last time the two teams met as the squad secured a 56-20 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for C.E. Murray since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
