Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clarksdale). They blew past the Corinth Warriors 50-28 on Friday. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 22 points or more this season.

With the win, Clarksdale broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-6. As for Corinth, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clarksdale will take on Lafayette in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Corinth, they will head out to square off against West Point at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Corinth is facing West Point at the right time seeing as West Point is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
