After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, The Northgate Flames brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They blew past Frazier 36-6 on the road. The victory was just what Northgate needed coming off of a 42-8 defeat in their prior matchup.
Leading Northgate to victory were Darius Fields and Austin Mitchell. Fields rushed for 115 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, while Mitchell rushed for 162 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries. Mitchell really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run. Sonteon Layne made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Northgate's victory bumped their record up to 5-5. As for Frazier, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.
Northgate does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Frazier also has no future games currently scheduled.
