Peyton Kirtland was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching seven innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off ten hits. Kirtland was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Grant got a massive performance out of Bella Daniels, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4. Morgan Middleton was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one triple and two RBI.
