Kountze won the last time they faced Trinity and Dontrell Etienne did his part to make sure it happened again. The Lions took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 63-35 victory over the Tigers thanks in part to Etienne, who rushed for 286 yards and five TDs while picking up 13.6 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 130.4 rushing yards per game.

Kountze pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 48.7 points over those games. As for Trinity, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.

Coincidentally, Kountze and Trinity will both be playing Warren the next time they take the field. The Lions will host the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
