Travelers Rest were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Ware Shoals 49-0. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-0. The contest brought Travelers Rest to 2-0 and dropped Ware Shoals to a mirror-image 0-2.
Travelers Rest are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Pickens next week at Pickens HS at 7:30 PM. Ware Shoals will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Greenwood Christian at 7:30 PM.
