Catholic of Pointe Coupee fell just short of Riverside Academy by a score of 14-12. Catholic of Pointe Coupee's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
Although Catholic of Pointe Coupee took the loss, they still got scores from Cooper Laviolette and Hayden Elliott.
Catholic of Pointe Coupee's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Riverside Academy, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.
Catholic of Pointe Coupee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Riverside Academy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against St. Martin's Episcopal.
