In what's become a running theme this season, the Sheldon Panthers gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past Montrose 53-29. The win made it back-to-back wins for Sheldon.
Sheldon's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Aiden Bogart, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. Bogart continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Aiden Ellifrits, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 13 assists.
Sheldon is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. As for Montrose, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-10.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sheldon and Northeast Vernon County will face off at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Montrose, they will head out on the road to take on Sherwood at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
