Kilmer Came Up Big in Gainesville's 35-20 Defeat
Starting off the list is Gainesville's Colton Kilmer, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Kilmer threw for 250 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 82 yards and a touchdown.
Unfortunately for Patriot, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Kilmer. Kilmer threw for 332 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.9 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 58 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Pioneers duked it out back in October of 2023.

A Season-Best Effort from Grayson Eisenhower Leads Gainesville over Patriot
On Thursday, Gainesville had to settle for second even though Grayson Eisenhower put up the best numbers he has all season. Eisenhower picked up 164 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
For the year, Eisenhower has caught 8 touchdowns while averaging 68.8 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 15 receiving yards per game.

Osbourn Park Gets a Boost from Kuhn in 56-8 Defeat
While Ben Kuhn delivered a dominant effort on Thursday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Osbourn Park. Despite the loss, Kuhn was still balling out as he picked up 47 receiving yards, and also rushed for 41 yards.
Osbourn Park is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6. Kuhn and Osbourn Park will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Battlefield at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.

Jeremiah Chery Puts an End to Freedom's Losing Streak on Thursday
Freedom's eight-game losing streak dating back to last season is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Jeremiah Chery. Osbourn Park had no answer to Chery on Thursday as he picked up a sack and made ten total tackles. Chery is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made eight or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Freedom's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. Chery and Freedom are taking a road trip to take on Unity Reed at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Freedom's Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to Dylan Taglieri
Freedom's eight-game losing streak dating back to last season is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Dylan Taglieri. Taglieri was dynamite on Thursday, forcing a fumble and making three total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.
