The Woodland Wolfpack won the last time they faced the Hampton Hornets, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Woodland took down Hampton 51-37.
Akira Brown was nothing short of spectacular: she scored 13 points along with five steals. Another player making a difference was Addison Ivy, who scored nine points along with two steals.
Woodland now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Hampton, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.
Woodland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hampton, they will head out on the road to take on Lovett at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lovett is facing Hampton at the right time seeing as Hampton is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
