The Riverside Rebels's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their eighth straight loss. They fell to Meeteetse 56-52. Riverside has struggled against Meeteetse recently, as their match on Thursday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Meeteetse's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ethan Salzman, who scored 27 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Salzman has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jason Moody, who scored nine points along with 17 rebounds and two steals.
Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Meeteetse, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Ten Sleep the next time they take the court. Meeteetse will head out to face Ten Sleep on Friday, while Riverside will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
