On Friday Van Buren take on Columbus at 7:00 PM. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with three consecutive losses for Van Buren and four for Columbus.
Van Buren have to be aching after a bruising 12-35 defeat to Wayne last Friday.
Meanwhile, Columbus suffered a grim 24-53 defeat to North Cedar.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend.
