Ryland Gregorich was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances. He was even better at the plate, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March.
In other batting news, Clark let Brody Ricci and Rylan Swanbeck run wild. Ricci went 3-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base, while Swanbeck got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. That's the most stolen bases Swanbeck has posted over his last 11 games. Carlos Cosme was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI.
Clark kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in three consecutive matchups.
As for Doral Academy Red Rock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-8. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly three runs.
On Doral Academy Red Rock's side, Zaydin Kealohi was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Elijah Badua, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
