While Plano's victory against Pearce wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats won by a set and slipped past the Mustangs 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won five in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Plano to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bella Osborn, who had 16 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Osborn has posted over her last ten contests. Savannah Osborn was another key player, getting 25 assists and four digs.

Plano's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Pearce, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Plano has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Centennial on the 23rd. As for Pearce, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Horn at 6:30 p.m.
