The Calistoga Wildcats can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They breezed by Tomales at home to the tune of 57-23. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Calistoga has posted since December 18, 2023.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Calistoga to victory, but perhaps none more so than Oreo Infante, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Another player making a difference was Diego Perez, who scored 17 points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Calistoga is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Tomales, their defeat was their 18th straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calistoga will stay at home for another game and welcome Grace Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Tomales will take on Summerfield Waldorf at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Summerfield Waldorf is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.
