The Dinwiddie Generals were the 66-39 winner over the Colonial Heights Colonials when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Dinwiddie fell 50-40 to Colonial Heights on Tuesday.
When it comes to explaining why Dinwiddie lost, one person who can't be blamed is Carolina Berry. Despite the final result, she scored 22 points. Berry is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight.
Dinwiddie has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season. As for Colonial Heights, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.
Dinwiddie didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-30 defeat vs. Henrico on the 7th. Colonial Heights has also already played their next contest, a 43-35 victory against Petersburg on the 8th.
