On Friday, Trenton/Trinity Christian couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 12-42 walloping at Divide County hands. If Trenton/Trinity Christian were expecting payback for the 6-54 loss against Divide County the last time the teams met, then they were shortchanged. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Trenton/Trinity Christian off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Divide County a 2-0 record.
