On Saturday, Fox Chapel didn't have too much trouble with Ambridge on the road as they won 68-51.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fox Chapel to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jefferson Moorefield-Brown, who scored 15 points along with 5 assists and 3 steals. Will Siegel was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with 7 rebounds.
The victory got Fox Chapel back to even at 1-1. As for Ambridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Fox Chapel will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Hempfield Area at 7:00 p.m. As for Ambridge, they will head out on the road to face off against New Brighton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
