Virginia Academy put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their undefeated season alive. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Providence Panthers. The result was nothing new for Virginia Academy, who have now won nine matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Sabrina Castellanos and Emme Kuykendall scored all four of Virginia Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 56 goals.

Virginia Academy's victory bumped their record up to 12-0-1. As for Providence, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.

Looking ahead, Virginia Academy will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Fairfax HomeSchool at 5:30 p.m. Virginia Academy will be up against Fairfax HomeSchool's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.6 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Providence does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
