Luther won against Wellston  on Thursday with 14  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Friday. Everything went the Luther Lions' way against the Casady Cyclones as the Luther Lions made off with  a  14-4 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Lions.
 Aden Henke and  Bray Mussyal made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound,  Henke   struck out nine batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   one  hit. Meanwhile,  Mussyal   tossed one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. At bat,  Henke  scored three  runs and  stole  Two bases. while going 2-for-2, while  Mussyal  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 4-for-4.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Brody Becker, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.  Cade Bailey was another key player,  scoring two  runs and  stealing  Three bases. while going 1-for-4.
 Luther  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .657. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Casady only posted  an  OBP of  .263.
Luther now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Casady, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
 Coming up, Luther will square off against Crossings Christian at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Casady, they will take on Holdenville at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
