Billy Syster was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Syster was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Justin Reidlinger was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Jacob White was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
