After soaring high against Goessel last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Moundridge didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 22-28 to Bennington.
The loss dropped Moundridge back to even at 1-1. The victory bumped Bennington's record up to 2-0.
Moundridge are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Solomon next week at 7:00 PM. Bennington will look to defend their home turf against Little River at 7:00 PM.
