Tomlinson dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds, while Roland dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Roland has scored at least 25% of Boyd Anderson's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kristian Watson, who scored no points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Boyd Anderson's victory ended a 11-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-8. As for Piper, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
Boyd Anderson and Wellington will face off at 5:30 p.m. on December 23rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Piper will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on South Plantation at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2024.
