The Ridley Raiders will head out on the road to face off against the Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ridley has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Last Monday, Ridley didn't have too much trouble with Interboro on the road as they won 66-50. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Ridley has managed all season.
Meanwhile, Marple Newtown came up short against Delaware County Christian on Wednesday and fell 53-40. Marple Newtown has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
The victory got Ridley back to even at 7-7. As for Marple Newtown, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.
Ridley lost to Marple Newtown on the road by a decisive 63-46 margin in their previous matchup back in January of 2023. Can Ridley avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
