The Crespi Celts will take on the Great Oak Wolfpack at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the pair posted some lofty  point totals in their previous games.
 Crespi had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They enjoyed a cozy  59-40 win over Maranatha on Wednesday. Given Crespi's advantage  in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings  (they are ranked 23rd, while Maranatha is ranked 173rd), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Crespi can attribute much of their success to   Peyton White, who  scored 17 points along with seven  rebounds and two  steals, and   Joe Sterling, who  scored 20 points along with three  steals. Sterling hasn't dropped below 17 points for six straight games.  Drew Fisher was another key contributor,  scoring eight points along with eight  rebounds.
 Meanwhile, Great Oak earned a  60-52 win over Oakwood  on Wednesday. The  win made it back-to-back wins for Great Oak.
 Crespi pushed their record up to 24-7 with that  victory, which was their third straight  at home. As for Great Oak, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season.
