The Reagan Rattlers put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their undefeated season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Churchill 38-0 on the road. The result was nothing new for Reagan, who have now won five matches by 24 points or more so far this season.
It was another big night for Brad Jackson, who threw for 169 yards and four touchdowns while completing 78.3% of his passes. Jeter Battles also deserves a shout-out for his three touchdowns.
Reagan's victory was their sixth straight on the road (dating back to last season), which bumped their overall record up to 8-0. As for Churchill, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.
Reagan will be playing in front of their home fans against SA Roosevelt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. SA Roosevelt will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 427th, while Reagan is ranked 41st). As for Churchill, they will head out on the road to face off against Marshall at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
