The Conifer Lobos will face off against the Green Mountain Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Conifer is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.
Conifer was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Wheat Ridge on Tuesday. The Lobos blew past the Farmers 15-4. The Lobos haven't had any issues with the Farmers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Luke Tamburlin looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.

Meanwhile, Green Mountain fell victim to D'Evelyn and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Jaguars, falling 6-0. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Rams' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Green Mountain's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Conifer hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .351. It's a different story for Green Mountain, though, as they've only averaged .249. Will they be able to contain Conifer's hitters?
