West Point is 10-0 against Vinemont since January of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The West Point Warriors will be home for the holidays to greet the Vinemont Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Friday, West Point earned a 65-54 win over Lawrence County.
Meanwhile, Vinemont beat Fairview 60-50 on Tuesday.
West Point pushed their record up to 10-4 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Vinemont, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.
West Point beat Vinemont 62-52 when the teams last played back in December of 2022. Will West Point repeat their success, or does Vinemont have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
