Westbrook lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kylie Young , who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. Young continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Taylar Hodge , who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Westbrook's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-6. As for Gray-New Gloucester, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westbrook will face off against Mt. Ararat at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gray-New Gloucester, they will head out on the road to face off against Yarmouth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
