Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dupo). They blew past the Lebanon Greyhounds 83-51 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Tigers have posted against the Greyhounds since February 18, 2020.

Dupo got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Teegan Hargrove out in front who posted 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shia Owensby, who scored 20 points.

Several Greyhounds players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was DeVaughn Ware, who earned 23 points. That's the most points Ware has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Deion Washington, who had 13 points.

Dupo's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-10. As for Lebanon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Dupo Tigers face off against the Maryville Christian Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lebanon, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 85-52 defeat against Okawville on the 1st.
