Harmony's Levi Thompson rumbled for the longest rushing play in 2A-1 Region III District 9 this season in his game against Como-Pickton last week. Thompson scampered for 70 yards on the play and finished with 100 on the day as his team topped the Eagles.
Jefferson scaled the state rankings by moving to 309 from 416 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Bulldogs were able to make move up by defeating Elysian Fields 21-14.
