After a string of three wins, Tocoi Creek's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They fell 3-1 to the Creekside Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on March 7th.

Tocoi Creek was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Creekside work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 28-26, 26-28, 25-19.

Tocoi Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Creekside, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tocoi Creek will host Menendez at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tocoi Creek is facing Menendez at the right time seeing as Menendez is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Creekside, they will challenge Timber Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
