Chavies was even better at the plate,  going 3-for-5 with four  stolen bases, a  triple,  and a  run.
 In other batting news,  John Augustine was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Justin Harphant, who  scored a  run and  stole three bases while going 1-for-4.
 On Yellow Springs' side,  Mason Cline and  Isaac Grushon did some serious damage despite the final result:  Cline  scored a  run while going 3-for-4, while  Grushon  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Legacy Christian Academy has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record  this season. As for Yellow Springs,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 3-5.
 Legacy Christian Academy will be playing at home against Yellow Springs at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
